Caitlin joined RecoveriesCorp in January 2020 as Head of Finance for the RCH Group, supporting the CFO in leading and developing the finance team and driving finance transformation projects.
As a hands-on senior finance professional, Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in ASX listed environments, telecommunications, financial services, chartered and not for profit.
Caitlin has recently held positions leading and building high performing and collaborative finance teams and has been responsible for major change programs involving the implementation of new systems, automation and streamlining processes.
Caitlin is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University.
