  • Privacy Act 1988 (Cth);

  • RG165: Internal and External Dispute Resolution;

  • National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth);

  • Competition and Consumers Act 2010 (Cth);

  • Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act;

  • ISO 9001 & 27001 requirements;

  • Payment Card Industry Security Standards;

  • General Insurance Code of Practice; and

  • Banking Code of Practice

 

Recoveriescorp ensures quality service delivery to our clients and customers through the operation of our Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS is certified against three major international standards, including;

  • ISO 9001:2015

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2013

  • OHSAS 18001:2007
