Nicholas Harrak

Nicholas is the CEO of Recoveries Corporation Holdings Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries including Recoveries Corporation Pty Ltd and Transaction Capital Finance Australia Pty Ltd the holder of this ACL.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Legal studies from La Trobe University and has undertaken post graduate studies in business and legal practice at RMIT. Nicholas has served in various roles within the Recoveries Corporation Group over a period of 20 years, including the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Nicholas has a vast knowledge of the credit and financial services sector, leading material debt collection programs on behalf of the four major banks, government organizations and the country’s largest telecommunication and energy retailers. In this regard, he has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework insofar as its application to the debt collection and debt acquisition sector.

Nicholas is a member of the Australian Institute of credit management (AICM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is a Director of Recoveries Corporation Holdings Pty Ltd, Recoveries Corporation Pty Ltd, Transaction Capital Finance Australia Pty Ltd and Transaction Capital Risk Services Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.
