Hannah has over 21 years’ experience in the water, energy, and telecommunications and credit collections space. Prior to her commencement at recoveriescorp in September 2021, Hannah held a number of leadership roles focused on reducing bad debt through innovative collections strategies, customer advocacy and vulnerable customer management.
A community advocate and innovative leader, Hannah is extremely passionate about hardship. Hannah is driven by her mission to support customers to reach financial freedom through the right tools and resources, in line with industry best practice.
An active member and participant of multiple industry associations and community organisations, Hannah is equipped with a deep understanding of Australia’s regulatory landscape, including how changing regulatory requirements can be implemented sustainably for our business, clients and customers.
